- Testimony: Court & Deposition Standard Hourly Rate; hourly increment. Includes office or courthouse waiting time, and actual time testifying. 3 hour minimum each appearance.
- “Named as Expert” name use fee (conflicting the other expert): Fixed Fee. (may be applied to retainer, if retainer received within 10 days) Single case.
- File review & preparation, letters, email, phone, etc. Standard Hourly Rate; 5 min incremental billing, 5 minute min. Typically no charge for trivial text or email acknowledgements.
- Travel time: Actual time - 1/2 hourly rate charged, with hourly increment
- Retainer: $1,500 Initial Negotiable Non-refundable, Repleniishable typically in $1,000 increments for paid-in-advance services. Unused Replenished retainer refunded at end of case.
- Testimony: Court & Deposition Cancellation fee: Applicable minimum hour charge if cancelled within 72 hours of appointment time.
- Same rate Court, Dep, reports, meetings. No upcharges.
Retaining attorney to pay for all charges.

Out of pocket charges apply for Mileage, parking, Uber/taxi, air/lodging/car rental/per diem (out of area), reproduction, lab testing, photo/video production, demonstrative aids, etc.
